centres comes from individuals and institutions who are willing to make
ethical investments.
Ethical Property Europe supports innovative
and progressive organisations working for social change by taking care
of their housing needs. The company develops and runs centres in several
major cities in Belgium according to their ‘Mundo’ model. These centres
are focal points for social change.
The properties are eco-renovated and managed to minimise energy and water use, waste, car travel and harmful materials. In special cases, tenants may benefit from part ownership of a centre.
Ethical Property has sister-companies in the UK, France and Australia. Together they build a network of similar centres.
