In accordance with the existing regulations related to the Crowdfunding platforms, 1001PACT has a claim management policy and has settled a process to manage efficiently its customer claims.

To give notice of any claim to 1001PACT, send a mail on the following adress : Rue Coenraets 72, 1060 Bruxelles - Belgique.

1001PACT commits to acknowledge receipt of any claim within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the claim.

Within this time, 1001PACT answers any enquiry from its clients regarding their claims. 1001pact informs its client if any circumstances, duly justified, would prevent 1001PACT to answer in the deadlines specified above.
