La levée de fonds avait pour but de développer la force commerciale. Malheureusement, la société a connu sur les deux dernières années des périodes de noël (pic des vente dans le jouet) très compliquées : grève, gilet jaune, confinement. Malgré une procédure de redressement judiciaire, le niveau de trésorerie insuffisant n’a pas permis à la start-up de maintenir son activité.

Presentation

Fabulabox gives parents the option of buying captivating, eco-designed, inclusive and ethical educational toys for their children. In a strong environmental approach, these toys are manufactured locally using biomaterials. In addition, they are conceived with their end of life in mind: extension packs are available to maintain the toy’s interest over time. Alexandra Morge Rochette, founder (and mother!) of Fabulabox, develops with her partner Carole Dubu, children's play experiences made 100% in France to reinvigorate the toys market which due to relocation in Asia has become a rather polluting and opaque market. Thanks to a design inspired by positive education, neuroscience, and validated by childhood professionals, Fabulabox’s toys help children to better understand their environment and develop through play... while dreaming of a better world!
