Bellevilles is a real estate company committed and guided by the desire to have a strong social, economic and environmental impact. Their objective: to bring out living, ecological, solidarity-based and extraordinary real estate projects in order to participate in local revitalization. The economic balance and financial autonomy of real estate are essential conditions for achieving these objectives, representing a means of action and not an end in itself. Rather than "exploiting" real estate assets and products, Bellevilles wishes to "cultivate" living spaces. Land tenure allows the ideology of social innovation to find its place in concrete action plans at the service of the structures in charge and their users. Their first project, the emblematic 13,000 M² third location of the Halles de la Cartoucherie in Toulouse, is the result of a meeting between 7 associates and complementary structures that share a common vision of the entrepreneurial dynamic and the social and environmental responsibility of its actions. With this in mind, and in collaboration with the Cosmopolis collective, Bellevilles decided to set up by taking a stake equivalent to 20% of the shares of the company owning the walls as well as shares in the operating companies. In addition, the real estate company is developing around ten real estate projects with an impact on the territory for a total investment of around €13 million. In addition, the capital and interest of this bond investment opportunity is guaranteed by the De Watou family real estate company, a Bellevilles partner holding 70% of the capital, whose activity includes more than 550 businesses in France and €100 million in assets. This guarantee will enable the real estate company to benefit from its financial and human support, particularly in terms of experience and security vis-à-vis the market. This family-owned real estate company specializing in the acquisition, ownership and management of businesses, guarantees the obligations of investors.

Sébastien De Hulster, President, ESSEC BBA graduate, Sébastien had his first experience at Carrefour as a supermarket manager. In 2004, he took over the management of the family company De Watou and is now its president. Alexandre Born, Managing Director, graduate of INSA Toulouse, Alexandre has had several experiences in real estate as a works engineer and then as a project manager. He then founded his own real estate consulting firm, TECKOE, and led the development of the architectural firm PCA-STREAM founded by Philippe Chiambaretta. Jérémie Loevenbruck, Managing Director, graduate of INSA Toulouse, Jérémie founded Palanca in 2012 and specializes in CSR support for companies and SSE actors. He is now on the board of directors of the MOUVES and pilots its development in Occitania. François Gendre, Director of Design and Realization, graduated from INSA Toulouse and the Toulouse School of Architecture (ENSAT), François became an architect at LA Architecte agency and focuses his work on mainly public projects of social housing and public facilities of proximity. He has developed a strong constructive culture, focused on the use of bio-sourced and local materials.
