Bobbi Brewery defines itself as a new generation micro-brewery that aims to preserve and keep alive the Belgian brewing culture, while renewing its practices to move towards an activity that is fully conscious of its natural, social and economic environment. Its leitmotiv is to enrich the spirits and the land. From the barley grown a few kilometers away to the tanks used, the founders of Chez Bobbi have created this brewery with the will to anchor it locally. Located in Ittre, the 600 m2 space is also a cultural place where artistic partnerships are initiated and an organic market takes place highlighting the products of the region. Because culture and beer go hand in hand!
