Social Bar Dijon

The recent health crisis has reminded us how essential solidarity, diversity and inclusion are to social cohesion. But it is without waiting for this global awareness that the Social Bar has taken up the fight against exclusion and social isolation: a mission that it has honored since 2016. Much more than a simple friendly and festive bar, the Social Bar energizes the territories, offering a unique meeting place for fragile populations that are particularly exposed to isolation: people with disabilities, unemployed, refugees or even the elderly. With its solidarity evenings, it is a real springboard for meetings and sharing. It is a way of forging and renewing links not only between populations, but also with the local associative fabric. Indeed, with its concept already successfully implemented in Paris, Stasbourg, Saint-Ouen and Biarritz, the Social Bar invites its investors (or co-investors) to choose the associations to which 15% of the annual profit will be donated. Thanks to LITA.co's solidarity fundraising, the city of Dijon will have the pleasure of hosting the next bar, and will participate in spreading this model to serve the population and the attractiveness of the territory.
