Vidya responds to a growing demand for biological and/or healthy products in her store in the Marolles, in Brussels. The cooperative guarantees the traceability and quality of her products by focusing on: sales (via the store itself, the webshop, and distributor), the import (mainly products originating from India and France), and awareness raising (conferences and workshops). Her local grocery store perfectly complements her neighbour's product range, the biological market "les Tanneurs", that is located right next doors.
