The company is involved from the purchase and the refurbishment of the properties to the operating exploitation. Thus, ETIC creates, funds and runs affordable business centers dedicated to social businesses and charities by pooling equipments (meeting rooms, printers …) and services ( shared accountant, bulk purchase).

The company regularly raises fund from citizens and  institutions, in capital and debt.
